1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Koko Bella Shop website (kokobella.online), placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
2. About us
Koko Bella Shop is a Jamaica based boutique offering the Koko Bella Collection and related apparel and accessories, with a physical location at Shop #18, The Mall Plaza, 20 Constant Spring Road, Kingston, Jamaica.
3. Orders
An order is not accepted, and no contract of sale is formed, until we confirm and ship it. Adding an item to your cart or completing checkout is an offer to purchase, not a guarantee of sale.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, a pricing error, unavailable inventory, or a mismatch between the billing and shipping information on file.
Where an order raises a verification concern, for example mismatched billing and shipping details or signs of potential fraud, we may hold the order and contact you by email or phone for additional information before it is processed or shipped. Please provide a valid phone number and email address at checkout so we can reach you if this happens.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices on this website are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Visitors browsing from Jamaica will also see prices displayed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) for reference, based on location; USD is the currency actually charged.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refuse the sale, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping timelines, carriers, and delivery requirements, including our signature confirmation on delivery policy, are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which governs your order once it has shipped. In brief, domestic orders ship via Knutsford Express, Zip Mail / J.A. Postal, DHL, or Tara Express, and international orders typically take 10 to 14 business days to arrive. Please read the Shipping Policy before placing an order.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn or unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

7. Products
We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but actual color may vary depending on your device or screen. Sizing information provided on the site is a guide only and may vary slightly by style.
8. Website use and content ownership
All text, photographs, graphics, and other content on this website belong to Koko Bella Shop unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. You may not scrape, data mine, or otherwise misuse this website or its content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koko Bella Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your purchase of a product. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the item in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
